Yes or no? 👣

I'm thinking something like Tanto Atteso (Tess for short, obviously) would have been good.

Battle I like Excretia too, sounds posh.

OtterInDisgrace · 22/11/2017 03:27

She’s not really going to do it! I suggest looking at naught’s link above

jessicajaine01 · 22/11/2017 03:23

No no no

WanderingTrolley1 · 22/11/2017 02:20

Don’t do it, OP.

FastForward2 · 22/11/2017 02:16

(Keep seeing adverts for 'Baby Poo - Everything you were too afraid to ask.' )
Puella was the girl in the latin books at school - unfortunate. Think the boy was puer. Now we know where they got the names from. OP congratulations on your delivery.

Battleax · 22/11/2017 01:51

Oh. I was just thinking how pretty Excretia is. I see I'm too late Grin

DancingOnParsnips · 22/11/2017 01:11

... because I'm really likely to call my child Poella, aren't I? Hmm

Does no one have a sence of humour

buttercup54321 · 21/11/2017 19:38

POO ELLA. Poor kid

usernameinfinito · 21/11/2017 17:47

I like Pooella

PelvicFloorClenchReminder · 21/11/2017 17:43

Actually, having given it some thought, Poella would work really well as a middle name after Edgar Allan.

Tiddlywinks63 · 21/11/2017 17:43

From where the heck did Poella originate? I can just imagine the unfortunate child being called pooey Ella ☹️
Paella, puella?
Just call her Poo and have done with it op.

Pancakeflipper · 21/11/2017 17:43

Is it really pronounced Poo-ella ?

Well it would be character building I guess.

dantdmistedious · 21/11/2017 17:36

Paella?

RavenWings · 21/11/2017 17:29

No idea who the previous mner being talked about is.

Poella though, what a wonderful nickname she'll have at school. Pooey. Pooella. Poo. Such a wonderful choice!

PelvicFloorClenchReminder · 21/11/2017 16:59

I have no idea what is happening here. But surely you would only name your child that if you were planning to home educate until they're old enough to apply for a deed poll.

DancingOnParsnips · 21/11/2017 16:47

Have I logged onto Netmums by mistake?

dreamingofprairies · 21/11/2017 16:37

I wouldn't...

Sounds like food. Or poop.

MammieBear · 21/11/2017 16:23

Reminds me of a character on cbeebies...

Cockmagic · 21/11/2017 16:16

It sounds shit ( literally)

somanyusernames · 21/11/2017 16:15

i fervently hope this is a wind up - the thought of some poor kid being called Po or Poo by their classmates doesn't bear too much thought!

SparklingSnowfall · 21/11/2017 16:12

No OP, just no

PacAMac · 21/11/2017 16:09
