Can I have Beth with an Eliza?

Struggling with girls names. I really like Beth/Bethan but when I told friends they said it was too similar to dd who is Eliza. What do people think?

We also like Jessica so opinions on which you prefer would be great.

Beth and Eliza are both forms of Elizabeth... both great names but they are similar. Jessica is lovely.

It would be remarkably odd. You couldn't have sons called Will and Liam for the same reason. One name shared between two is a bit strange and people would comment.

No - they are both just shortenings of Elizabeth. Having both seems very unimaginative!
