Help me choose my boys name

We have:
Vinnie
Sydney
George
Warren
Zac

Which one should I choose x

I like them all, but my order of preference (most favourite first) would be: -

George
Zac
Warren
Sydney
Vinnie

George is the most used of all your names, if popularity bothers you. Happy choosing, op. Smile

@bansthebuilder well then I'm afraid you need to get with the times because people no longer want the full names. There's lots of children in school now with shortened names, and to be honest most people prefer there name shortened, I think it does sound better, it gives the old long names a freshen up To our times I guess. My partner is Christopher and hates it he wish he was just Chris x

Personally I would assume Sidney was a boy and Sydney was a girl. So your preferred spelling would put me off that name for a boy. These are my experiences of the name anyway.
I have a stupid rule about not naming children by shortened versions of names.
Vinnie would have to be registered as Vincent. And this applies to Freddie’s should be Fredrick, Will should be William, Lexi should be Alexandra, you get the point.

So George gets my vote.

I love Zac. I totally agree with you that if you prefer a shortened version of a name then just call them that on the birth certificate. I don’t understand when people name their children a name with no intention of using it.

Well, I like Vinnie. I know someone who named their son Vinnie and it really suits him - he's such a cute little cheeky boy!

If people are allowed to call their sons Freddie instead of Frederick, Charlie instead of Charles or Archie instead of Archibald, then you can name your son Vinnie.

I also really like Zac and Warren from your list.

At the end of the day, it's your child. You name him whatever you think is best Smile

I will only spell them as ZAC SYDNEY GEORGE WARREN and VINNIE, I will not be swayed in the spelling unfortunately. I don't want to no how to spell the names just want to no which you think I should call him. @mishappening these are the only names me and partner currently like so I'd appreciate it if you wasn't so rude, thank you x

I love Vinnie. If you don't like Vincent can't you just put it on birth certificate and then only call him Vinnie. I did this for 2 of mine and they only go by nn.

I don't like Vincent lol but I like vinnie, I for some reason I don't like it spelt Sidney, I like Sydney 💙 Really cant choose tho. My favourite is vinnie then zac then George then Sydney then warren, but I keep changing my mind 🙈 Its so hard this time round x

I'd say Sydney is a girls name. Sidney is the boys version.

I'd pick Zac. (Although I'd spell it Zack).
