They are both absolutely fine names and you'll probably get a 50:50 split in the end. My vote goes for Charlie but nothing wrong with Noah.

I don't know any Noahs but oh my goodness there are Charlies everywhere round where I live. I think Noah is lovely.

They're both perfectly nice names...I'm just so bored by them though as they're soooooo popular. If I had to, I'd pick Charlie.

Both are really popular, I’m not overly keen on either but probably slightly prefer Charlie as I think Noah will date.

I used to love Noah but then it took off in popularity and now everytime I hear it I think oh god not another one. So I'd go with Charlie
