Out of your choices, though. I d go for Fay.
Yes its a nice soft gentle sweet sounding name, and There's not many little Fays about now

Reminds be of fairies. Faye could be misread as Freya and I just really like the shorter version

It's a nice name. There's not much to it though. I'd go for Freya instead.
