Ttbb - what on earth does their hair colour have to do with it?

I've yet to meet a nasty Phoebe SmileNot overly popular and fits any age - I know 4; one in her 90s, one in her 50s, one in her 20s and a 9yo - all very lovely and each very individual Smile
