I like Lottie, but where I live, we have a lazy accent, so Lottie would be pronounced "Loddy".

Olivia is lovely, but very popular, and arguably overused.

Phoebe is lovely.

Not a fan of Tianna at all. Seems very misplaced among the other names on your list.

Lottie then Olivia. Olivia is in my top 3 but the popularity is putting me off a bit. I know how silly that sounds though.
