I've only ever heard of it being a girls name on here - the only Eden I know in real life is a boy.

First ever Eden I met was a boy and it's also my future nephews name...it's seen as a boys name in Turkey. I think it works for either.

I know 2 Edens, both girls so I'd say yes. Ethan is nice though.
