Name help please... Im only 21 weeks so we have ages to go but we have a long list but we don't both love any of them on this list (middle name will be Henry after grandparents):
Sacha
Hugo
Ralph
Heath
Jesse
Eden
Or anything else? We want unusual but not wacky, and short.
Pluses / minuses for the above?

Another vote for Hugo or Ralph. My two favorites right now!

17caterpillars1mouse · 25/08/2017 13:03

I adore Sacha but DH vetoed :( it's such a handsome name but he said it was too girly sulk

WildCherryBlossom · 25/08/2017 10:56

I like Keir & Sacha together

ShaneBitchy · 25/08/2017 09:31

alpha I love Keir, it's so cool.
One of my DC has a K name too so we can be common together Grin

alphasox · 25/08/2017 09:30

Yes we do like Unisex names, our first son is Keir, (I know, the dreaded on mumsnet K name!) which I thought was definitely male but we meet and talk to a lot of people who aren't sure if he's a boy or girl (until they meet him, lol!)

I like Hugo or Ralph best. You seem quite drawn to unisex sounding names though: Sacha, Eden, Jesse... so maybe that the way you should go?

Sophronia · 25/08/2017 02:28

Love Sacha, Heath and Jesse.

Emre is a Turkish name btw.

Mothervulva · 24/08/2017 21:57

Sacha is ace.

ShaneBitchy · 24/08/2017 21:52

Prefer Rafe to Ralph. I know a boy called Eden too, he's a teenager.
Love Joel.

Petalflowers · 24/08/2017 21:29

Not keen on Sascha and Eden. The other names are good.

I see you like British Prime Minister surname type names. I think May might be a bit unusual for a boy, but Cameron, Attlee, Wilson, Blair, Macmillan, Lloyd George might be OK.

Sugarpiehoneyeye · 24/08/2017 21:22

Ralph Henry and Hugo Henry, both great !

GreenGoblin0 · 24/08/2017 21:21

I know a boy called Eden. How about Ebon instead?

SumAndSubstance · 24/08/2017 21:21

Oh sorry, cross post on Ezra!

SumAndSubstance · 24/08/2017 21:20

I like Jesse a lot. Jonah? Ezra? Elias?
I like Hugo, but agree it's quite popular where I am.

I like Sacha, but would go with Alexander nn Sacha. Alexander provides lots of options and is nice anyway.
I don't like Ralph much and I think Heath is okay, but a bit American for me (so is Jesse, mind you, but I like that - taste is weird!)

alphasox · 24/08/2017 21:16

It's interesting that some of the new suggestions have been on our list and deleted (mostly by husband who is very random in his likes and dislikes) including Toby, rowan, Felix, Caleb, Drew, Ezra and Aiden.

Emre is interesting and worth considering - never heard that before , is it Middle Eastern @inaclearingstandsaboxer ?

Thank you all x

I know a lovely young man called

Emre .... he really is wonderful

Lemonnaise · 24/08/2017 20:45

My favourite from your list is Jesse, love it.

RubaDubMum89 · 24/08/2017 20:06

Out of those I like Hugo and Ralph the best.

How about some of these which are in no way what I had on my short list for if I had a son

Toby
Reuben
Xavier
Vinchenzo
Antonio

mummytwoh · 24/08/2017 19:47

I like Hugo and Ralph the best, although not sure about Hugo Henry so would go for Ralph for that reason

Tempranillo · 24/08/2017 19:41

I like Ralph and Hugo. Don't like Heath. The other three are too feminine.

Mulch · 24/08/2017 19:39

What about

Calvin
Rowan
Ira
Hudson
Remy
Asher
Josiah
Drew
Franklyn

Mrsknackered · 24/08/2017 19:39

Sacha - I really like it.
Hugo - I like it but know a few now.
Ralph - think it's a great name.
Heath - don't like at all.
Jesse - LOVE. But in scotland it means something rude - can't remember what.
Eden - most definitely a boys name, I love it. I've said this before on here but I know a very good looking 20 something male Eden.

Mulch · 24/08/2017 19:38

I love Ralph, I think Hugo is very popular

Susiethetortoiseshellcat · 24/08/2017 19:37

Or Felix?
