Nina, Nerina or Dorothy?

Can't decide between these three names. Which is your pick?

Nina
Nerina
Dorothy

Middle names; Paige, Faye or Eden.

I like all of them but Nerina is the one I like least.
Nina is great so that would be the one I'd choose.
I like Dorothy shortened to Dot.

Dorothy is awful imo.

I like Nina. I think all the middle names sound fine.
Nerina is fine, but would lean towards Nina myself.

I'm another one who likes Nina Faye.

On a side note, I prefer Nerine to Nerina, but it doesn't really fit with your middle names.

The middle names are lovely but not keen on any of the first names. If I had to pick I'd go for Nina, definitely not Dorothy though.

Nerina reminds me of neisseria - a nasty pathogen - but hey that's just me.

Dorothy feels a bit old fashioned. Nina by a process of exclusion but I prefer Gina by a mile, sounds far more grown up.
