Maybe this has been done to death on here, but I've just seen it described on another thread as 'chavvy' Hmm

I adore the name and would probably choose it for a boy if I am lucky enough to have another. I know that it has become quite popular, but funnily enough I don't know any.

Thoughts?

It's not chavvy (bloody hate that term!). It's a name that's gone from relative obscurity to massive popularity in the past five years or so, and from what I can tell a Noah is as likely to be middle class as he is to be working class.

The first thing I think when I hear this name is FFS not another one.Hmm

The names been around for thousands of years and People have only just discovered it.

I think it'll date very rapidly due its sudden surge in popularity.

All that said, though. I do actually think it's a nice name.

It's not chavvy but it is the no 1 boy's name at the moment. If that doesn't bother you, go ahead.

Super common, but I'll never get past the biblical association of an old bearded man with an ark.
