Looking for a middle name for Winter, last name Stephens!
Any suggestions would be appreciated!

If you were going for a flower name, then I prefer Winter Lily to Winter Rose.

We just came across the name Winter this evening and seriously considering it but not sure if I'm brave enough. I would definitely pair it with a more classic name like
Winter Elizabeth or Winter Rebecca. I think Winter Rose is a bit twee to be honest

LuxuryWoman2017 · 09/08/2017 22:16

The Queen in Narnia was Jadis. Winter Jade is nice.

Windbeneathmybingowings · 09/08/2017 22:16

Absolutely gorgeous name OP. I like Winter Isla as suggested above.

I like Winter Belle but I have just vetoed Belle after much consideration for our little one because I think it could be a bit too novelty.

I like the name. It has a nice meaning to me.
Amber is a colour. Paris is a place. Summer is a season and so is autum.

Not sure op to be honest. Did the name of the winter queen in Narnia ever be revealed?

TartanDMs · 09/08/2017 22:10

Winter Raine
Winter Blossom
Winter Minerva
Winter Diana

HeteronormativeHaybales · 09/08/2017 22:10

Or Laura? Erica? Jasmine?

HeteronormativeHaybales · 09/08/2017 22:08

Have to say I am rather bemused at the love for Winter (the name, am rather fond of the season). It isn't really a name, tbh, although force of use has made it one. And there are so many lovely girls' names to choose from. And lots of people won't have positive associations with it - they'll think more sleet and drizzle than holly berries and sparkling snow.

How about Rowan? Hazel? Good strong nature names.

Ceebs85 · 09/08/2017 22:05

I love Winter Rose and Winter Grace

xjasminex · 09/08/2017 22:04

I like winter Scarlett to!
Not really keen on flowers, not many nice flower names left!

ChippyMinton · 09/08/2017 22:00

Winter Melodie
Winter Amelia
Winter Freya
Winter Scarlett

C0untDucku1a · 09/08/2017 22:00

Why not keep the flower theme going instead and go for rose?

HainaultViaNewburyPark · 09/08/2017 21:56

Winter Cecelia
Winter Genevieve
Winter Leonie
Winter Miriam
Winter Thomasine

Ditsy1980 · 09/08/2017 21:49

Another vote for Winter Rose. It was the first one I thought of

Purplemac · 09/08/2017 21:47

I like Winter Jade. But that might just be because I love the name Jade so much!

Winter is a very pretty name.

PointlessUsername · 09/08/2017 21:46

Winter Belle gets a vote from me too.

xjasminex · 09/08/2017 21:45

I know some people aren't keen on winter.
All my fathers girls are named after flowers, jasmine, daisy, lily, Olivia and I'd like to keep the same nature theme going.

If autum and summer, amber, pairs can be used I think winter won't be much of a problem. Just hard to find the perfect middle name. I do really like winter rose but I feel it's to Disney? I don't know lol

Winter Joy
Winter Violet
Winter Rebecca
Winter Dahlia

Coconutspongexo · 09/08/2017 21:43

I do like Winter Belle though.

ThroughThickAndThin01 · 09/08/2017 21:43

I'd love to be called Winter.

I think it needs a definitely feminine middle name though so no ambiguity.

Rose, Louisa, Bella. Something like that.

HoneyWheeler · 09/08/2017 21:43

My friend has a baby called Winter Vivienne, which I quite like
