I love isadora and aoife.
I quite like hebe.
I really like Hester (thought I'd share)

early30smum · 27/07/2017 18:41

I actually like them all, except Mavis, which I really don't like. My two favourites on your list are Tallulah and Isadora.

junebirthdaygirl · 27/07/2017 17:57

Mavis is lovely, really nice
Isadora is ok.
Aoife is a bit too common here .
Hebe is fine.
Dont like the others.

TempsPerdu · 27/07/2017 17:25

Really like Clemency and Maren (although I love Marin, Merryn and Mirren even more!). Hebe is cute and I like the flower/Greek goddess connection, but the heebie-jeebies thing would put me off.

Can't warm to Tallulah or Delilah, and Mavis is just dreadful - think it'll be a while before that one makes a comeback!

heateallthebuns · 27/07/2017 17:19

I don't really like any of them much sorry.

Tilapia · 27/07/2017 17:15

My favourites are Clemency and Isadora. I know two Talullahs and two Aoifes, so I don't think of them as particularly unusual.

RhubardGin · 27/07/2017 16:57

Tallulah - cute on a girl but not a woman

Hebe - heebie jeebies!

Delilah - pretty

Mavis - awful

Clemency - awful

Isadora - awful

Aoife - beautiful, on my list!

Maren - prefer Merrin/Meryn

I like Delilah and Aoife.

Mavis is dreadful. Maeve?

Not keen on the others.

Sophronia · 27/07/2017 16:46

I like Tallulah, Delilah and Isadora. I prefer Clemence to Clemency.

bettybyebye · 27/07/2017 15:43

I have a Delilah Smile have only ever had positive comments on it (not that I really care what others think). From your list I also like Tallulah and Aoife. Hate Mavis, but I am really not a fan of the current old person name fashion - can't believe how many little Arthurs I know! And I met a baby Eric recently too Shock

cuirderussie · 27/07/2017 15:23

Aoife is extremely common in Ireland.

I love Clemency!

noodlebum · 27/07/2017 15:21

I like Delilah :)

greendale17 · 27/07/2017 14:05

Hebe????? Awful!

Bloosh · 27/07/2017 14:03

Tallulah- quite pretty, but twee maybe
Hebe - I think heebee jeebies too, but it's a cool name.
Delilah - quite cool too (tom jones song though)
Mavis - so so awful
Clemency - nice, a sweet name
Isadora - I love it
Aoife - lovely
Maren - interesting. Have never come across it before. Is it pronounced Mar-in

Threeandabit · 27/07/2017 13:58

I love Isadora from your list.

Also an unusual name, that I love, is Nicoletta. Just thought I'd mention it.

user1459464195 · 27/07/2017 13:00

I wouldn't say Aoife is unusual - I know a few and I'm not in Ireland. I like Isadora. Not so keen on the others, sorry.

bridgetreilly · 27/07/2017 12:57

I don't like any of them, sorry.

BertrandRussell · 27/07/2017 12:53

I like Clemency and Hebe.

frid · 27/07/2017 12:51

Think I prefer Clementine to Clemency, but Clem is a nice shortening

Sugarpiehoneyeye · 27/07/2017 12:40

❤️ Hebe.

Meeep · 27/07/2017 12:23

Mavis is my favourite. So pretty.

SuperBeagle · 27/07/2017 12:20

The only one I like is Tallulah, but I don't think it'd be an easy name to pull off. The average kid/woman would struggle with it, IMO.

Liadain · 27/07/2017 12:14

Aoife is not unusual to the Irish. It's along the lines of Sophie, Emma etc. Grand, standard name.

Delilah, I just can't get past the Biblical association.

Tallulah - too flouncy and fussy for me.

Hebe - heebie jeebies...

I love Maren. It's a fabulous name.

Clemency - I like it

Mavis - nope. But then I'm not a fan of Edith, Agnes and all the other "old lady" names

Isadora - nice name. With the Isa beginning it doesn't seem particularly unusual tbh - I accept that it isn't as common. But there's so many Isabella's etc that I don't think Isadora really stands out.

ButterflyOfFreedom · 27/07/2017 12:08

Isadora is my favourite from your list

Sirzy · 27/07/2017 12:07

The only one I would use is Aoife.
