Middle name for Emilia?

Hi there,

We have decided we would like to call our little one due in a few weeks Emilia, we love the name despite the popularity. We are however struggling for a nice middle name. So far we have Emilia Kate and Emilia Sienna Rose. Which one do you prefer? Are there any alternatives you can throw our way?

Not two names with the same ending, and also one syllable works well with three. Kate or Rose both lovely.

Emphasis is usually on the middle syllable: eh - ME -lia
