Hi! I have a son called Milo and due another boy in November. I absolutely love the name Arlo and feel this is the name for my baby, however I am aware it's quite similar to Milo. What's your opinion?!?!? I know in my heart I would be so upset if i didnt use this name, but just want others opinions! Thanks Smile

If you love it go for it. Everyone who gets to know them will forget thinking they were so similar when they know the individuals.

They sound ridiculous together because they're too similar.

Saffirebleu · 23/07/2017 20:49

"There are far worse combinations."

can you name some?

Saffirebleu · 23/07/2017 20:49

*Similar!

Too smilier imho sorry.

How about Aaron?

Enidblyton1 · 23/07/2017 20:48

There are far worse combinations. I'd do it if you really like Arlo.

WhiskyIrnBru · 23/07/2017 20:48

I think they sound lovely op. Have you thought about Theo? Or Archie? I still think Milo and Arlo are lovely names!

RainbowDashian · 23/07/2017 20:47

It's not my cup of tea but neither is Milo. If you really like the name and want to use it then go ahead! It isn't the same name and I don't think it sounds silly with Milo.

milosmummy16 · 23/07/2017 20:43

We like quite traditional middle names (george and thomas ) just as I prefer first names to be a bit different, so don't think I would use arlo as a middle name xx

Do it! If you love it. No one else's opinion matters.

AllPizzasGreatAndSmall · 23/07/2017 20:40

Too similar.

peaceloveandbiscuits · 23/07/2017 20:40

I think it sounds a bit silly. Middle name though?
