Due in September, no idea what I'm having, girl's name is picked, not a sodding clue what name I'd pick if I have a boy though Blush

Traipsed my way through many a website but please share with me your favourite boy's name so I can -hopefully- come across one I haven't seen yet! Thanks collective mind of mumsnet Wink

bridgetreilly - Thanks for the link on the other meanings of Nadir.

Gabriel, like the angel.
Caelus, a star.

bridget
Hmm
In Arabic, the name Nadir means dearly loved. That's the opposite of awful if you ask me.
Didn't it occur to you that it might have other meanings in other languages and cultures?

bridgetreilly · 20/07/2017 22:49

Please don't anyone name their baby Nadir! Such an awful meaning to have to live with.

OSETmum · 20/07/2017 22:42

Ruairi is my current favourite apart from ds' name.

Savvyandchips · 20/07/2017 22:37

I adore Gabriel. But dh put his foot down. Grrr.

Loopy567 · 20/07/2017 22:34

Caleb - from American Gothic (showing my age here!). Would have wanted this as one of the names if DC2 was a boy.
