Boy names that work in French and English

That's it, really, what names do you know that work in both languages? We're in a majority English-speaking environment but most people can hack a tiny bit of French, so it can be a bit on the French side but not impossibly so.

I don't really care about length. We'll hyphenate our last names, one is very English and one is very French.

I also have a name that worked in both my parents countries and i have the English pronounciation. If I had ended up with a very English I don't think it would have made much of a difference to my relatives.

So I would just pick a name you like

Loīc is cool and not too out there for English speakers but that may just be me.

Luc; Ben/Benj; Gabriel; Tristan; Alex... just a few random ideas.

Henry - spelt Henri in French. Was my uncle's name, my mum's family were French/German but the children were born and raised in the UK.

I know a couple, one French one English and they called their son Nathan on the basis they wanted a name that worked in both languages. I didnt know Nathan was popular in France until then.
