I once saw a parent shouting out Zeus at a 6 yr old boy. 8 years later me and dh still laugh about it. All we thought when we heard it was how pretentious and attention seeking it made the parents look. And how it had given poor little Zeus a lot to live up to. I sometimes think about teenage Zeus and how he is coping with such a loaded name. At least he is compared to a God, you want to name your child after a flying horse can you imagine the ridicule.
