Cliodhnadh - How to pronounce?

My preg sister is thinking about this name? I have no clue how to say this name. I'm not trying to be rude or disrespectful in any way as I love Irish names but I'm not sure how you would say this. Can anyone help?

There can be two ways to say it, there is CLEE-ona or Clee-OH-na. I have mostly heard the second version.

That's an unusual spelling, but presuming it's the same as Cliodhna then it's pronounced KLEE-uh-nuh.

If she said that then she will have pronounced it! So how come you don't know how it's said?
