Bret McKenzie (Flight of the Conchords) has a daughter called Vita. Mind you, he divides his time between NZ and the US, and the name might not be so remarkable in those places.

My friends twins are called Vita and Lena.
I think they are lovely. They mean Life and Sunlight.

We have a Vito in our family ( Italian) so I like it .

I've considered it a lot and personally wouldn't use it - but only because in my case it would look too obviously like homage to Vita Sackville-West, which isn't quite what I want to do. But if I wasn't someone so interested in early C20th lesbians, I don't think that would be an obvious connection.

I think it's beautiful.
