I've disliked that name my entire life, however I'm coming around to it. It's certainly better than some of the names from that era.

I love it, especially Stephie for short.

AnnaRacks · 12/06/2017 21:02

horrible.

OriginOfCliches · 12/06/2017 21:00

I really like it. It sounds fractionally dated, but is a fairly classic name and is surely due a revival.

TheLegendofGreySock · 12/06/2017 20:59

Horrible, sorry.

Boring and frumpy. Like Paula. A man's name feminised.

krustykittens · 12/06/2017 20:57

I like it!

lockie1983 · 12/06/2017 20:56

Love it but vetoed by my DH for current bump !

BikeRunSki · 12/06/2017 20:55

I like it. It lends itself to the abbreviations Stevie and Annie, which are both great. It was on our list had DS been a DD for this reason.

I also like the full name.

CaulkheadUpNorf · 12/06/2017 20:55

I know a few children and many adults. I like Steph and Stephie but not Stephanie.

One friend used to say people called her fanny when she a child...

Awwlookatmybabyspider · 12/06/2017 20:53

Love it. Its definitely due a come back

OuchBollocks · 12/06/2017 20:53

A bit dated maybe? But then one of my very best friends is Stephanie so I have a soft spot for the name.

tinhead · 12/06/2017 20:53

Love it. Always been a fave and due a revival.
