Aidan is an historic Scottish name. The others are contemporary.

Aidan (with 2 As) is a perfectly normal name here in Ireland and the other 2 are horrible (no offense not my taste etc)

Aidan. I have an Aidan and it drives me to distraction when people see it written Aidan and spell it Aiden though.
