I quite like the z but would keep the e.

Suzie

HildaOg · 11/05/2017 21:53

Susie but I prefer it as Suzi.

floatingfrog · 08/05/2017 22:19

Susie.

DramaAlpaca · 08/05/2017 22:15

Susie, even though I don't like it.

To me, the others are boys' names.

bridgetreilly · 08/05/2017 21:25

I'm another who likes them all as nicknames, but think you should consider putting full names on the birth certificate. You don't know what your daughter may end up doing with her life, and longer names give her more options which she can choose from in different situations. I'm almost always known by a shortened version of my name, but I've been glad to be able to use the full name on occasion.

TheDowagerCuntess · 08/05/2017 21:15

I wouldn't want to be called any of them, so that's probably clouding my judgment.

If I had to choose, then Susie, but it is very twee to my ears.

joannegrady90 · 08/05/2017 19:23

Stevie 😆

My DD has a friend called this and it really suits her!

grufallosfriend · 08/05/2017 19:21

I know a Stevie, short for Stephanie

stitchglitched · 08/05/2017 18:49

Frankie, full name Frances.

SaxPantha · 08/05/2017 18:47

Susie. Very cool.

PerfectlyPosed · 08/05/2017 18:47

Frankie was top of our girls list till the day DD was born and then we suddenly went off it. Think I would use it next time though.

Empireoftheclouds · 08/05/2017 18:44

Stevie's great, too, but isn't really a nickname for Stephanie. erm, it totally is. Stephanie, female version of Stephen. Very very very commonly known as the nickname Stevie

uncoolnn · 08/05/2017 18:41

I like FrankieSmile

harderandharder2breathe · 08/05/2017 18:34

I like Frankie but only if you have a longer name on the BC! Ditto Stevie

Moresaltedcaramel · 08/05/2017 09:58

Stevie Nicks is her nickname. Her full name is Stephanie.
I like Francesca.

DaisyChainsForever · 08/05/2017 09:51

I like Susie. Nothing wrong with shortened names, especially if you have no intention of ever referring to the longer version.

ColourfulOrangex · 08/05/2017 09:39

Frankie

Pemba · 08/05/2017 09:01

Susanna(ah) - best name ever - gorgeous!
Francesca - lovely
Stephanie - nice, but you will get some people saying it's dated

I like them in that order, but I do think you should put a full name on the birth certificate. Nicknames can be chosen later, and it will give her more options to have a more grown up and serious name.

ArthurDentsTowel · 07/05/2017 00:20

We have a Frankie - name on birth certificate is Frances. Love it and it suits her down to the ground. Stevie was on my list too, but couldn't think of an 'official' name I liked to go with it, and felt she needed it with a more masculine-sounding name.

Sophronia · 06/05/2017 23:58

Susannah nn Susie

ENFJ · 06/05/2017 23:33

Susie

Dislike Frankie and Francesca
Stephanie is lovely but Stevie isn't

Rednailsandnaeknickers · 06/05/2017 23:27

Susie/Suzie is fine
Frankie is ok, Francesca is lovely.
Stevie - no, just no. I would assume either you were a massive F Mac fan or wanted a boy. Neither is a good enough reason to give a girl a boys name.
