Gwyneth or Ffion

My husband is first language Welsh which is why we are choosing a Welsh first name although we live in England.
I think we are set for a boys name and until recently I loved Ffion for a girl but as the due date approaches I am starting to wobble. DH prefers Gwyneth which I do really like but somehow can't imagine it for a baby.

Any thoughts?

I prefer Ffion, I think Gwyneth is seen as a bit more of an old lady name? Or maybe that's because I had several elderly teachers called Gwyneth and have never met a young one

I like Gwyneth. Maybe shorten it to Gwen as a compromise?
