So girls we have:
Emily
Annie
Rosie
Clarabel

And boys are:
Edward
Gordon
Henry

I'm not sure which sound the best combinations together. What do you all think or any further suggestions?

Love Clara. Clarabel is annoying IMO.
Clara and Henry is lovely

FeedTheSharkAndItWIllBite · 26/04/2017 21:55

I dislike Annie and Rosie, tbh. Rose (or Rosalie) and Anna however are really lovely names. Clarabel is also nice.

Edward is really popular imo. Henry and Gordon are both lovely.

Anna and Henry. Anna and Gordon.
Rosalie and Henry. Gordon and Rosale. I like those combinations.

Congratulations :)

You've overlooked Ashima and Salty

Scribblegirl · 26/04/2017 10:37

Oh god I only just got this. There was wine last night.

Sugarpiehoneyeye · 26/04/2017 08:22

I like Henry and Anna (Annie), or Henry and Rosalie (Rosie).

BoboBunnyH0p · 25/04/2017 22:40

Why not Jeremy everyone forgets him.

MelinaMercury · 25/04/2017 22:14

Derailing :o

Sorry, your puns are knocking me off track.

birdspooping · 25/04/2017 21:37

Sorry *i have the third name on your list!

birdspooping · 25/04/2017 21:18

I'm a non-identical twin myself (and funnily enough have the fourth name on your girl's list - have always loved my name so would definitely recommend it!).

From my experience, it doesn't matter one jot whether the names go together or not. Your choices are all lovely and fit in a similar demographic anyway. Just choose the names you love for the little individuals you're going to have. They may like to have slightly jarring names anyway because it makes them feel less like 'The Twins'.

Congratulations btw - it makes me smile to think of your future. Am sure you'll find it tough at times but being a twin feels so special (discounting the fighting middle years of course!). Good luck Grin

Oh Gordon and Rosie for me Smile

Congrats OP.

Sodor · 25/04/2017 21:10

Is Bertie just not 'in' yet then? OH is a real fan but I'm not sure I could risk derailing his chances in life if that's the case.

I think you should use them all

Edward Gordon Henry & Emily Rosie Clarabel

You could leave out Annie (save it for dc3)

anyadviceformee · 25/04/2017 20:56

I love Rosie and Henry or Rosie and Harry

Congrats Flowers

And don't forget about cranky!

scotchpie · 25/04/2017 20:47

What about

Toby
Harold
Diesel

LPLPLP · 25/04/2017 20:42

Just choose the names you like most. They will grow into individuals and lose the twinness at some point but will always have a name their parents love. I would however avoid same letter at the start for practical admin reasons when they share DOB.

YoureAllABunchOfBastards · 25/04/2017 20:38

If you want double barrelled, what about Peter-Sam?

Somerville · 25/04/2017 20:37

Has to be Rusty and Madge.

Justmadeperfectflapjacks · 25/04/2017 20:36

Bullstrode...

TooExtraImmatureCheddar · 25/04/2017 20:35

Or Rheneas and Skarloey.

TooExtraImmatureCheddar · 25/04/2017 20:33

What's wrong with Thomas? Wink
