We like too many names - which is your favourite?

He's 3 days old Smile it's really sad to just keep calling him 'baby boy'!

  • Aleksander (with the nickname Aleks or Olek - which do you prefer?)
  • Aron
  • Artur
  • Benedykt
  • Bruno
  • Emil
  • Iwan
  • Izaak
  • Jakub (with the nickname Kuba)
  • Olaf (not good in the UK?)
  • Oskar
  • Teodor

I love Benedict / Benedykt.

I have a Gabriel and so love that too. Gabriel is a name that works in most cultures, I find. Congratulations! x

I think Teodor is fab - nn Teo or Ted, depending on how much you want to Anglicise it.

Gabriel's lovely too, and probably works best in the UK in terms of people getting spelling and pronunciation right.

I don't like Bruno or Olaf; the others are OK but he will spend his entire life correcting spelling and pronunciation. (admittedly Teodor woudn't be without it's problems on that score, but I've just slightly fallen in love with it Grin )
