Which combination?

Hi all. I'm in love with Lisa or Eliza as a first name, Jane or Marie as a middle or double barrel first. Opinions on the order please? So could have -

Lisa-Marie (double barrelled)
Eliza Marie
Lisa Jane
Eliza Jane

Or just to throw another spanner, also love Maggie as a first name.

I know I've chosen NN as an actual name, which is a cardinal sin, but I love them without the full name, so I'm not going to consider Elizabeth then shortening it!

Fire away!

Another vote for Eliza Jane :-)

GreedyDuck · 11/04/2017 13:22

Eliza Jane. Hyphenated names are the height of naffness and 'Lisa' is so 80s it hurts.

Catherinebee85 · 11/04/2017 09:13

Eliza Jane is by far the best.

My new niece is Eliza Grace Grin

SoulAccount · 11/04/2017 08:48

Eliza Jane.

Another vote for Eliza Jane - very Pride & Prejudice!

gemsparkle84 · 11/04/2017 08:41

Sorry Eliza Jane

gemsparkle84 · 11/04/2017 08:40

Eliza Jabe is lovely!

BounceBounceSplishSplash · 11/04/2017 08:38

Eliza Jane is the nicest combo imo. Lisa-Marie is awful.

Looks like Eliza Jane is the most popular (and really was my favourite). Ty all! :)

Kel

There are some I actually like (Anna-Katherina, Clara-Elisabeth, Marie-Louise etc). But it's a very 80ies thing where I'm from. And it sometimes feels as if the parents were... Unimaginative.

Why so much dislike for double barrels names? My name is and I like it being different.

Logolphin · 10/04/2017 19:56

Not Liza Marie (Presley)

Eliza Jane is lovely.

Love Maggie and Margot too.

YoungYolandaYorgensen39 · 10/04/2017 19:40

Oh Eliza, Little Liza Jane...

Lovely!

harderandharder2breathe · 10/04/2017 19:38

Eliza Jane

greeeen · 10/04/2017 19:14

Eliza Jane

SumAndSubstance · 10/04/2017 19:06

Eliza Marie is my favourite. I also like Lisa-Marie, but do think it's very much connected with Lisa-Marie Presley, whereas Eliza Marie would feel more like her 'own name'.

ChippieFishieHorshie · 10/04/2017 17:42

Lisa Marie is beautiful. Liza/Lisa is just so short, crisp and pretty...

I also like Eliza Jane and Eliza Marie.

I personally don't like Maggie, it's too 'nickname-y'....

Marlboroandmalbec34 · 10/04/2017 17:38

Eliza Jane xx

KanyeWesticle · 10/04/2017 14:04

Eliza Marie is my favourite

Brighteyes27 · 10/04/2017 13:40

Eliza Jane definitely

Wolfiefan · 10/04/2017 13:36

Eliza Jane. Not double barrelled.

Oysterbabe · 10/04/2017 13:29

Lisa Marie would always make me think of Lisa Marie Prestley.

Sugarpiehoneyeye · 10/04/2017 13:17

Lisa Marie is very pretty, or Eliza Jane.

Sophronia · 10/04/2017 13:05

Eliza Jane is lovely

passingthrough1 · 10/04/2017 13:04

Eliza is a beautiful name but Lisa I don't think is at all special.
