I'd call him David or Hugh.
No idea why. He just looks like a David or a Hugh to me, and they aren't too popular.

We decided on Theodore Elliot. We didn't really like the shortenings of Elliot (bound to be El/Els/Elli) but like Theo. I think we're both happy with it! Thanks everyone :)
