International, slightly unusual names

They need to sound good in English and German. And shouldn't cause any major issues for Italian and French speaking people...

I like:

Anton
Peregrine (too Lord of the Rings?)
Vincent
Emmett
Elric
Julius
Clint (I really like Clinton. But currently...?)

I like Elric very much the best of your original list. It does remind me of the Moorcock character - but pretty obscure these days i think (and he's a great character anyway).

Anton / Vincent / Julius also good, but much less unusual I'd say.

Not so keen on Peregrine / Cedric - I think they'll date badly at least in the UK, they feel very 'now'. Emmett & Clint make me think 'mid-western American farmer'

Victor is nice!!! But it is the name of an older male relative who is quite greedy/grumpy. So I'm a bit hesitant. But I really love that name :) Thanks!

. I like Seth, but it reminds me of that Egyptian God. It has been ages since I had ancient religious studies, but wasn't he a bit "eh"? Plus, the TH. I can't pronounce that, sorry :(

Really? I think it's so short. They only nn I could think of is Ivy/Ivi. which... eh.

Could we use Clinton? Wouldn't it be seen as weirdly and inappropriately political..?

Ivo is lovely

The others sound quite 'posh' British to my uncouth (yet highly educated) ears.

Clint is an old mans name, but Clinton sounds quite distinguished.

Lucas, Sebastian, Julien, Gabriel, Alex, Mattius or Matteo, Marco, Nicholas, lennert, Milan. Does Victor work?

We had the exact same criteria for our son as we were living between the two countries when he was born. We ended up with names that were in the top 20 for both countries.

I really like Enzo.

I'm not sure how to pronounce Cillian. Is it Tschillian? Sillian? Killian? I'll have to google that.
