Sister to Buffy?

We have a Buffy (Elizabeth on BC) and are looking for names for her baby sister.

Thank you Smile our current favourite is Tilly (Matilda on BC) but think it's extremely popular!

OP, Are you wanting something similar to Elizabeth or to Buffy? Or something with nickname potential?
