In answer to your question. My dd is known as Mol. She hates Molly. Never Mols though.

On my list was Charlotte (Lottie). Harriet (Harry) and Georgia which was my favourite.

Having read your post, I think you should try out Louisa Rose. Louisa is such a beautiful name and really a SIL is not that close as names go - you could always find a nickname for your dd as well.

Bethany, Anna and Miranda all come to mind as well. I hope you find a name you really love.

I think girls names are so much harder than boys names. I could name 20 boys, really struggle with girls. My favourites at the moment are;
