I met a small girl called Justice recently, Justice!?!

My Dd's name has been mentioned and I am saddled with a hyphenated name, it's such a faff 'do you want to be called first name or second name?' plus there's forms and things that don't let you have hyphens. I would not subject a child to it.

I'm in Scotland Troll not sure if this makes it worse but they are all pronounced correctly - by me at least as DS has an Irish name so it never sounds right when others say it

Whiskey, I am in Scotland and names ending in 'y' can sound a bit rough in our accent ifyswim.

In England you have a soft 'ay' whereas up here it's a hard 'ie'

Three out of four of my kids names have been mentioned on this thread ! Funnily enough the only one that hasn't been mentioned is the one that over the years I have considered might be a slightly chavy name !!!
