Name Clash - Ideas Needed!

Baby No 2 is on the way and, if it's a girl, I am desperate to give her the middle name Cecile after a much loved and missed relative.

The trouble is this clashes horribly with our surname (think the curly 1D member)...

Do we add a second middle name or can anyone suggest a creative way of still honouring a very special lady?

If I'm thinking of the right member of 1D (first name the same as the younger son of Prince Charles?) then I don't think it clashes.

Saint Cecilia is the patron saint of music so you could go with a musically-inspired name like Melody or Allegra?

I haven't been able to figure out your surname from your clue so no idea if Cecile Surname sounds unworkable or not. But for a middle name, it doesn't matter half as much if it clashes. I don't like multiple middle names myself but you could consider "Firstname Cecilia Anne Surname" or whatever.

Have two middle names, the second one could be one syllable like Cecile Rose.

It does work a little better but is the full name that the relative never liked using!

Cecilia seems the obvious slight change to make. Does that work any better?
