Esca - Celtic meaning: River
We are considering it for either boy or girl i.e as unisex name. Thoughts??

I like it. You will probably get lots of people mishearing / mistaking it for Esther or Oscar, but if that doesn't bother you, go for it!

It sounds kind of unfinished to my ears but that may just be because it's unfamiliar.

I would assume it was a girls name just because of the "a" ending though.
