I know an English Jae. It's pronounced Jie to rhyme with Tie.

I guess you will have some slight pronunciation issues but it's more interesting than Sam.

Since it's a British website it's actually a pretty fair assumption to make that it might be...it doesn't make people racist for not immediately thinking "that's a Korean name"

Jae. There are four Sams in DS1's class and two in DS2's class. Funnily enough these two have the same surname too- very confusing!

I read Jae as an alternative way of spelling Jay. Is that alright by you Onhold or do you have anymore conclusions to jump to?

It is different name. They said same I think. Different names as don't use Jay where from. Sorry hard to explain.

If the child is named 'Jae' nobody ever would think to spell it that way. He would be forever 'Jay' until people were corrected.
