Hello!
My partner and I had been convinced we were having a boy. We had picked either Oscar or Harrison for names but last week we found out we are having a little girl!

We can't agree on any names what so ever Confused

My entire family are irish and I would like to give her an irish name. Aoife (pronounced ee-fa) or Eimear (pronounced ee-mer) have been my favourites and they're obviously not common names in Scotland.

Help/Suggestions welcomed! Smile

Love Aiofe. Eimear is also very pretty.

How about Alannah, Brianna, Darcy, Iona, Kaitlin, Meara, Niamh, Orlaith, Roisin, Ruari, Saoirse, Sinead and Yseult?

I think Aoife is beautiful. It's well known by most I think too but not common. Lovely choice.
