Help name my daughter?!

DD2, born this morning with no name...

Ideally after 2 or 3 syllable names ending in 'a'. We already have a Molly so needs to go with that...

I really like Lyra but DH is having none of it. Dithering over Matilda and Rosa.

Help!

Congratulations! From experience I would avoid having 2 girls with the same first initial - my sister and I both had the same first initial and it caused confusion in many situations including receiving post and no one knows which one its for!

I think Rosa.
Molly and Rosa makes a much better pair than Molly and Matilda (adore both names, but a bit twee as a pair). Rosa is less popular too.

Annabelle, Bella for short?
Molly and Bella
Molly and Phoebe
Molly and Chloe
Molly and Rosie
Molly and Poppy

Ooh, congratulations, OP Flowers

A newborn baby Rosa gets my vote. Molly and Rosa go beautifully together.

Lunar1 · 30/01/2017 06:18

Georgia, congratulations on your baby girl.

mathanxiety · 30/01/2017 05:43

'Molly and Rosa' sounds beautiful to me.

If you want something longer and ending in A, how about Rosina or Rosita?

I think Rosalie might sound nice with Molly too.

I like a few other combinations too:
Molly and Lucy
Molly and Sadie
Molly and Stella
Molly and Eliza
Molly and Flora
Molly and Cecily
Molly and Evelyn

Lyra is too much like lycra imo.

Lydia, Pippa and Rosa get my vote.

Sophronia · 27/01/2017 15:51

Rosa and Matilda are lovely. Not so keen on Lyra.
