well i came on to say Monty as a shortened Montgomery but now see you have shorted Augustus to Gus,
I like Gus.

I think Monty is horrible, sorry. I like Augustus and August, not sure on Gus as a nickname but still MUCH nicer than Montgomery and Monty.

I like August, but not keen on Augustus. I'd still pick that over Montgomery though.
