They're both nice, I don't know which I prefer! Mateusz would probably have more chance of mispronounced I guess.

Would you shorten them? Mat or Ted are pretty cool too.

are you Polish, I know Mateusz is Mathew in English and Tedorik is less common, does it mean Theodore?

The only thing I'd say is I have a Polish surname and it always drove me bonkers having to constantly spell it out and tell people how to pronounce it, so Id go with Tedorik as its easier to pronounce and slightly easier to spell out. But I prefer Mateusz as a name

I love Mateusz but being completely honest it made me think of Benidorm. It's a shame there's that association there because it is a lovely name.

I think I prefer Mateusz but I have no idea what to do with that z at the end :)

I'm not sure how to pronounce Tedorik other than exactly how it looks in English which sounds very harsh to me.

There's one in my daughter's year, I don't think it's that mispronounced.

sz is a bit like a shh but instead of blowing air out when you say it you half suck air in at the same time, its not a sound english people usually make so i've always found it takes a few goes to get near it, but i like how English people would say the name, which is Mattyeus probably
