I love Elliott I'm biased so that would be my pick.

Although I do like Nicholas.

All the Nicholases and Nick's I know are wide-boy wankers. Although they were 70s and 80s Nicks so possibly it's changed.

There are, however, two Elliots in DD's class and more all over the school.

Nicholas will inevitably become Nick

He could be Kolya

Diminutive of Nikolai

Pluto30 · 11/01/2017 04:39

Elliot.

DH's name is Niclas (Norwegian). It's a nice name and underused at the moment, but I do slightly prefer Elliot. Nicholas will inevitably become Nick, which is not as nice.

Elliot. Definitely.
