Don't like Dylan

JunebabyT · 14/01/2017 19:43

Isaac

Puremince · 14/01/2017 07:49

Alexander or Isaac.

I like Edward as a middle name for Alexander.

GingerLDN · 14/01/2017 01:49

Louis or Alexander

marmitecheesetoast · 13/01/2017 17:36

I've always loved Alexander. I also really like Louis (I'm presuming French pronunciation? But either way I like it). Like them all though apart from Dylan which I'm not keen on, sorry.

SummerScoop · 13/01/2017 17:03

Alexander or Isaac

thegirlinthecar · 13/01/2017 16:32

Dylan but i would spell it Dillon

MaryPoppinsPenguins · 12/01/2017 19:56

Isaac
Edward
Alexander
In that order. Don't like the others, particularly Dylan which seems in a different vein altogether.

bumblingmum · 12/01/2017 19:40

Alexander.
Isaac and Edward very popular.
I know a really naughty Louis so that puts me off.

Headunderthecovers · 12/01/2017 18:16

I love Alexander. Classic name.

dotdotdotmustdash · 12/01/2017 17:17

Isaac or Alexander

ElornaElephant · 12/01/2017 17:13

I'm biased as my LO middle name is Edward but I love that, think it's really versatile as can be Ed, Eddy, Teddy etc.

Also love Isaac and it means "laughing" which is so lovely Smile

MonkeyGoneToHeaven · 12/01/2017 12:22

Very similar to our shortlist, except we had Reuben instead of Dylan.

We chose Edward and we love it.

Jooni · 09/01/2017 21:58

Great list, I love them all except Dylan. Personally I'd go with Louis but the pronunciation thing is a potential issue.

Roodolf · 09/01/2017 04:04

Edward or Isaac.
What a lovely list! All will be classic and not overused.

handonhip · 09/01/2017 03:59

Alexander.

notagiraffe · 07/01/2017 10:15

Isaac Alexander, I think. Though I also love the name Edward and like the name Louis a lot. (Great list). Dylan is a less classic name than the others.

stumblymonkey · 07/01/2017 10:04

Isaac is my stand out favourite

mum2bejen · 07/01/2017 09:45

They are all really lovely names!

In order of preference I like Alexander, Isaac, Edward, Dylan and Louis.

Louis is only last as I've taught two very naughty ones (both with Lewis pronunciation) so I always think of naught boys when I see that name!

smilingsarahb · 07/01/2017 08:45

All really lovely. I think Louis is the least popular of those in my school and my kids schools...but these things seem to vary regionally and year on year. Both my children have popular names but I know some people like to avoid really popular names.
