Frankie is cute.

Stalingrad · 30/12/2016 18:39

Violet is lovely.

Frouby · 30/12/2016 18:33

Francesca definitely.

I have a Francesca with a nn frankie. Never had a negative comment ( apart from sil who we are now nc with because she is a fucker) about either nn or full name. Nothing but positive comments. It's not common but not silly or trendy imo.

MollyHuaCha · 28/12/2016 22:33

Violet.

1horatio · 28/12/2016 22:29

I agree with the users suggesting Francesca.

Francesca is lovely.

user1471545174 · 28/12/2016 20:00

Francesca is nice.

Agree Violet looks like Violent. Also reminds me of Violet Elizabeth Bott.

MikeUniformMike · 25/12/2016 18:19

I like Frances. Francesca sounds a bit affected.
Violet is quite nice but could be vile, violent ...
Viola is quite nice but is it VeeOLa or Vie-Ola?

1horatio · 25/12/2016 12:57

Violet

QueenLizIII · 25/12/2016 03:34

Violet doesnt sound nice at all. Looks and sounds like Violent. Never understood its popularity.

Why not call her Francesca. Let a NN evolve naturally and maybe frankie will be nn.

ViewBasket · 24/12/2016 21:13

Violet. I also like Frances, but not Frankie.

Gollygeewhizztits · 24/12/2016 17:52

I like Violet but prefer Frankie. I would have full name as Frances or Francesca though.

Sugarpiehoneyeye · 24/12/2016 17:33

Violet or Frances.

TheSlaughterOfHerodificado · 24/12/2016 16:37

Violet.

Lovely!

comewoowoowithme · 24/12/2016 16:37

I love them both and have a dd named one of those!

RortyCrankle · 24/12/2016 16:29

MoodyBox · 24/12/2016 16:24

Definitely Violet. Cant stand Frankie for a girl.

Purplebluebird · 24/12/2016 10:06

Violet 100%

BayaGoji · 24/12/2016 10:05

Violet because Frankie is too masculine.

MrsMeeseeks · 24/12/2016 09:39

Violet. I will never understand how or why Frankie became an acceptable name for a little girl.

eachtigertires · 24/12/2016 02:03

I prefer Frankie if the given name is Frances or Francesca. Violet reminds me of Violet Elizabeth Bott from Just William.

phoolani · 23/12/2016 23:34

Love either (with Frances as the given name for frankie), but I'm confused that they're the two choices; they're so very different from each other you must surely have some instinctive preference for one or the other?

Sophronia · 23/12/2016 23:27

Violet

Awwlookatmybabyspider · 23/12/2016 22:45

Frankie but with either Francesca or Frances on her BC.
I can't stand Violet. Its one of those nice names that got spoiled by becoming too overused. Once elegant now quite faddy imho
