Yay or nay?

Have always wanted a Dalmatian called Chester. I really, really think it's a dog's name.
I quite like Raymond because Ray is rather sweet for a little one.

Victor is the best of a bad bunch. Very hard to take you seriously when you are suggesting Norman.

Oly5 · 06/12/2016 07:47

Hate Norman and Chester. Victor is better

SorenaJ · 06/12/2016 07:46

I like Norman

MrsDustyBusty · 06/12/2016 07:39

Why would you name a kid something that rhymes with child molester? That's just asking for teasing.

Gruffalosfriend · 06/12/2016 07:34

I prefer Victor!

VivienneWestwoodsKnickers · 06/12/2016 06:57

Chester was the name my black lab as a kid, so it's a no from me. Agree it seems very American.

Norman, Raymond and Victor - also no. I associate them all with men in their 60's.

scrivette · 06/12/2016 06:45

There is a Chester in DS1's class, I like it.

Sophronia · 06/12/2016 06:43

Not keen. I like Raymond and Victor though.

CakeRattleandRoll · 06/12/2016 06:15

Norman reminds me of the ultra-annoying child from Fireman Sam.

Chester and Victor I quite like.

flipsahoy · 06/12/2016 06:10

Chester reminds me of the Cheetos mascot. Now I'm hungry...

HearTheThunderRoar · 06/12/2016 06:05

I really like Chester, nice name imo.

Not keen on Raymond, my DD used to be obsessed with Everybody Loves Raymond and now the name is ruined because all I think is Marie screeching "Raaaaymond" Grin

Don't really like Norman.

Victor I don't mind.

Manumission · 06/12/2016 01:47

I love Victor. I might love Norman too, can't quite decide. It's nice though. They both get points for rarity.

I'm a bit more meh about Raymond. It gives me snooker hall and Benidorm vibes.

goopie · 06/12/2016 01:44

Norman, Raymond and Victor

What else is in your list?

user1477282676 · 06/12/2016 01:32

Nope...but then I'm from Chester so I would think that. It's oddly American.

Manumission · 06/12/2016 01:32

Makes me think of clowns if I'm very honest. Sorry.

Spartak · 06/12/2016 01:31

I'm not keen. All my local selling pages on facebook are advertising Chester Draws and it made me think of that.
