Isaac (Zac)
Zachary (Zach)
Zack

I'd say Zachary, it's lovely, not too common but not too out there, nice to have a full name too as it gives him options when he's older. But all three are lovely

Isaac will just be called Isaac at school etc.

I have a Zachary who is known as Zac...... Of the three, I'd vote for Issac so he has a choice when older.
