Brekken and?

We have a son named Brekken, so we like unusual names. Brekken is a lovely village in Norway (not where we got his name from) but it's unusual, but still pronounceable. That's what we're looking for, any ideas?

Generally victims of nasty behaviour try and suck it up and laugh. They generally don't find it funny. The OP expressly asked to stop taking the piss. What's she going to do? Pull the thread? Have a go and feed the nastiness?

I see lots of people like Heath. Actually it does sound OK together, but that is because Brecken Heath is a place in the UK and the first person to suggest it was TTP. Don't fall for it OP.

I was the first person to suggest it and no I was not taking the piss. I've never heard of Brecken Heath (!) and neither has Google by the looks of things so please take your incorrect assumptions and shove them....

I imagine this will sound like yet more clucking to you racer, but I think we can all sometimes forget that behind the words on a page is a real person. If you wouldn't say it to someone's face, don't say it here - it's no less hurtful just because we're anonymous. And that's leaving aside the fact that OP's son is already here and named - so it's all for sport.

MN is a great way to get honest opinions from people, but I think we can all tell the difference between honest and cruel.

As you are in the US I think that you can get away with European towns as names in a way which we can't in the UK, hence the incredulity.
