DearMrDilkington · 27/11/2016 19:44

For a first name or middle?

Ditsy4 · 27/11/2016 19:40

She would get teased at school.
It is awful.

SovietKitsch · 27/11/2016 19:37

HeyRoly · 27/11/2016 19:37

No.

Nanasueathome · 27/11/2016 19:36

Oh deer

titsbumfannythelot · 27/11/2016 19:35

No. it might seem cute but the child will hate it in years to come.

BikeRunSki · 27/11/2016 19:20

I expect she'd be a little dear....

I might work as a nickname of some sort. But I'd hate it as a given name.

AuntieStella · 27/11/2016 19:17

"It's a real name and I'm serious ..there is quite a well known fashion model who's name is bambi"

If you mean the Aussie, Northwood-Blythe, her real name is Stephanie.

Lovely nn, but not so for the full name

SausageSoda · 27/11/2016 19:17

I prefer Dumbo.

PaperdollCartoon · 27/11/2016 19:16

I'm all for unusual names, but what if she wants to be a lawyer or a doctor etc... she won't thank you for giving her such a cutesy name then. You're not just having a baby, you're having a person who will one day grow up and want to be taken seriously as an adult.

KlingybunFistelvase · 27/11/2016 19:14

I don't like it. It is a name though isn't it? I've definitely heard of it for a girl before, so not that shocking.

pinkieandperkie · 27/11/2016 19:12

I think it is cuteSmile
