And another with an 11 year old - not in private education but still posh!

To me its a normal but posh name

An absolutely gorgeous blond haired delight from nursery school days. Now they're all 11 I'd love to see what he's like now (we moved away & lost touch). The whole class was Monty, Alfie, Freddy, Harry...tickled me at the time. Seems pretty normal now 😁

To me it sounds somewhere between try-hard and bonkers. Despite that I know a young lad called Monty (Montgomery), he's totally normal, from a normal family, so kinda disproves my prejudices.

I've never met one irl though. It seems like a lot of syllables for a little boy, but it's not a dreadful name.
