How do you think sound together? Like both equally so also Felicity Constance?

TBH two virtue names together is always going to be too much, it's not just these ones.

I like the names but it'd be a bit a burden being named 'constant happiness' / 'happiness constantly'. Too much to carry.

I love Felicity Constance!

I'm not terribly keen on Constance as a first name personally and Constance Felicity sounds a bit like a description; Constant Felicity.
