I love the name Carys. I also think it works better outside of Welsh speaking communities.

I have a Carys and DS1 would have been Ffion if he'd been a girl. Love them both. Carys is probably easier if you aren't in Wales.

Am I having de ja vu? I feel like Carys and Ffion have been asked about loads lately! Anyway, as I've said on the other threads, I love Ffion but would be mindful of it outside of Wales. DNiece has it as a middle name and it baffles everyone.
