Which spelling do you prefer?

From the spellings you gave Rosie is better.

However I prefer Rose or Rosa with Rosie as a nn. Rosie will adorable on a toddler and little girl, but it's not a very grown up name. I wouldn't like to be called Rosie as an adult.

Rosy is an adjective, not a name. Rosie is lovely.

She thinks Rosy looks more like a stand-alone name, and Rosie a nickname.

I think Rosy looks like an adjective and Rosie is prettier.
